1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only.

We work with trusted domestic carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check our website for future updates.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and successfully paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products with special handling or availability notes (such as “Pre-Order” or “Ships in X Business Days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not from the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 incur a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level.

5. Order Tracking, Changes & Cancellations

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our facility.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.
    • Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, SurgePower will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
    If a return or exchange is requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
  • While SurgePower is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider whenever possible.
